Lynn Diane De Marco - President & CEO

Lynn De Marco's specialty is Direct Marketing with a focus on Conversion Science. Over her career, Lynn has held leadership roles in marketing and advertising, brand awareness, retail sales, and sales management for small business. In the mid 1980's, Lynn, along with Rica Asaban, formed a commercial enterprise which focused on sales, marketing, and branding for the travel, real estate, health and wellness, and telecommunications industries. Over the years, Lynn sharpened her marketing skills and excelled at zeroing in on action and revenue generating advertising messages. In 2003, Lynn and Rica formed Turbo-Net Solutions, Inc. as they turned their sights to the internet and have been able to apply their extensive sales, marketing and brand management experience to that exciting new arena. Able to tune her paid search (SEM) and natural search (SEO) skills with a fast learning curve, in 2004 Lynn built a new shopping portal that grossed $1.5 million in sales in just over one year.

Lynn was born and brought up in Manhattan. While enjoying extensive global travel from an early age, she became conversant in several European languages. Educated in liberal arts with a photography major at Syracuse University’s School of Communications, she started her professional career in NYC as a staff catalogue photographer at the well known art auction house, Sotheby’s, where she documented the fine art and antiques that passed through its prestigious doors. It was there that she met her long time business partner, Rica Asaban. Transitioning into freelancing, her fine arts clients included Sotheby's, and featured The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, and the B.G. Cantor Art Foundation. She also expanded her business to include photography in editorial, sales, marketing and advertising for a clientele that included Life Magazine, The New York Times, McGraw-Hill, Harry Winston, and Connoisseur Magazine. She has been published as the primary photographer in over ten fine art books.
